• Master of Science (MSc) in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field

• At least 2 years

• Age At most 50 years

Must-Haves:

• Strong knowledge of physical education, fitness training, and sports coaching

• Ability to teach Primary, Lower Secondary, and Secondary level students

• Experience in organizing and conducting sports activities, drills, and competitions

• Knowledge of health, fitness, and student well-being

• Strong classroom and field management skills

• High proficiency in English for communication

• Ability to motivate students and promote teamwork and discipline

• Willingness to relocate to Narsingdi and commit for at least two years

Nice-to-Haves:

• Expertise in specific sports (e.g., Football, Cricket, Basketball, Athletics, etc.)

• Experience in organizing inter-school competitions and sports events

• Knowledge of first aid and injury management

• Experience in fitness assessment and training programs

• Ability to contribute to extracurricular and after-school sports clubs

Key Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Plan and deliver engaging Physical Education (PE) lessons

• Conduct fitness training, drills, and sports coaching sessions

• Organize and manage school sports events, competitions, and tournaments

• Promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy lifestyle habits among students

• Ensure student safety during all physical activities

• Monitor student participation and progress

• Identify and develop students’ sports talents

• Maintain sports equipment and ensure proper usage

• Collaborate with colleagues and school leadership

• Engage in continuous professional development (CPD)

• Contribute to extracurricular sports programs and clubs
