Shandhani School and College, an institution of Shandhani Shangstha, is looking for a qualified and dedicated Lecturer (Physical Education Instructor) to join its team. Below are the requirements and details for the position:

• Plan, organize, and conduct physical education classes and sports activities for students.

• Teach a variety of indoor and outdoor games, focusing on physical fitness, teamwork, and discipline.

• Identify students’ physical strengths and guide them to develop their athletic skills.

• Organize regular sports drills, fitness exercises, and physical training sessions.

• Prepare students for inter-school, inter-college, or national-level sports competitions.

• Promote the importance of health, hygiene, and an active lifestyle among students.

• Ensure safety standards are maintained during all physical activities and sports events.

• Manage and maintain sports equipment, playgrounds, and gym facilities.

• Develop and implement annual sports calendars and event plans.

• Supervise school tournaments, sports day programs, and extracurricular fitness events.

• Maintain student participation records and physical performance evaluations.

• Work in coordination with school administration and academic staff to balance academics and physical activities.

• Encourage inclusive participation, fair play, and sportsmanship among all students.

• Provide first aid during sports-related injuries and ensure timely medical attention when needed.

• Perform any other duties related to sports and physical education as assigned by the authority.
