🔍 Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Pharmacy Sales Associates at Green Life Pharmacy and Departmental Store. This position requires professionals who can manage pharmacy sales, ensure accurate inventory records, and deliver excellent customer service in a modern, software-driven pharmacy setting.

🎓 Educational Requirements

• Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC)

• Bachelor’s degree (Honors)

• Preference will be given to graduates in Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

💡 Additional Requirements

• Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies preferred

• Knowledge in Model Pharmacy software and operations

• Must be computer literate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

📋 Job Responsibilities

• ফার্মেসির পণ্য/ওষুধ ক্রয়-বিক্রয় ও মজুদ হিসাব নির্ভুলভাবে  সংরক্ষণ করা 

• ঔষধের চাহিদা নিরুপন এবং জিআরএন এর মাধ্যমে সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা;

• অনলাইন/অফলাইন ক্রেতা/গ্রাহকের সাথে সুসম্পর্ক তৈরি বা সম্পর্ক উন্নয়ন করা (নতুন ক্রেতা বৃদ্ধির স্বার্থে);

• সময়মত ক্রেতাসাধারনের সেবা সরবরাহ নিশ্চিত করা;

• নির্ধারিত সময়ে দৈনিক ও মাসিক প্রতিবেদন তৈরি এবং সংশ্লিষ্টদের অবহিত করা;

• ফার্মেসির সকল ক্রয়-বিক্রয়/লেনদেন তথ্য নিয়মিতভাবে এবং সঠিক ভাবে সফটওয়্যার নথিভুক্ত করা হচ্ছে কিনা তা নিশ্চিত করা।

• সময়কাঠামো অনুসরণ করে ফার্মেসি খোলা ও বন্ধ করা নিশ্চিত করা;

• সকল কোম্পানির বিল সময়মত ফাইন্যান্সে জমা প্রদান

• ফার্মা এবং নন ফার্মা দ্রব্যের মেয়াদকাল মনিটর করা এবং পরিবর্তনের প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ

• সময়মত স্টোরের সম্পদের মেরামত, রক্ষনাবেক্ষন বিষয়াদি নিশ্চিত করন

• কর্তৃপক্ষ আরোপিত অন্যান্য কর্তব্য সময়মত সম্পাদন করন
