Experience:
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD).
Maintain MD’s schedule, arrange appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
Draft, review, and manage official letters, emails, and documents.
Prepare meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and follow up on action items.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Coordinate communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize files, maintain databases, and ensure proper documentation.
Uphold a high level of professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and integrity.
Maintain a presentable, smart, and pleasant personality for front-facing interactions.
Prioritize tasks effectively and handle work pressure with a positive attitude.
Monitor ongoing projects and follow up on deadlines.
Assist the executive in reviewing documents, proposals, and presentations.
Prepare travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for local and foreign trips.
Assist in day-to-day operational tasks as assigned by the MD.
Maintain professional communication with internal staff, visitors, partners, and clients.
Convey instructions, decisions, and messages from the executive to relevant persons.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum MBA/Masters from reputed university.
Proven experience as a Personal Secretary / Executive Assistant, preferably in a hospital or corporate environment.
Excellent command of English & Bangla (spoken and written).
Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email etiquette).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle pressure, maintain confidentiality, and multitask effectively.
Smart, energetic, disciplined, physically fit and well-presented.
