2 - 4 years of relevant work experience would be a plus.
Relevant experience in sports coaching or physical education within an International School setting.
Strong organisational and communication skills
English speaking and writing proficiency
Ability to work effectively with children and adults
Knowledge of various sports and their rules
Responsibilities & Context:
Coaching and Supervision
- Assist PE teachers with sports classes and practices across all campuses.
- Supervise students during sports tournaments.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members.
- Plan and prepare for sports activities.
- Maintain a positive and supportive approach to students.
- Encourage students to strive for their best in sports and behavior.
Sports Equipment Management
- Ensure adequate sports equipment is available for all activities on all campuses.
- Request new equipment as needed.
- Supervise proper storage and maintenance of equipment.
General Responsibilities
- Follow school policies and procedures for child protection, safeguarding, and behavior management.
- Demonstrate sound relationships with all members of the school community.
- Actively raise concerns and needs related to sports programs.
