Experience:

• Diploma in Pathology/Radiology.
• Diploma in Medical Technology / Graduate Degree in Laboratory Science.

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 20 to 30 years

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic, and Healthcare Startup.
• Conducting laboratory tests to ascertain results.
• Proficient technical skills and computer literacy.
• Compiling reports and providing assistance to physicians as needed.
• Roster base duty if necessary.
• Skills & Expertise: Blood collection pathological lab Pathologist Sample Collection Transfusion Medicine.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Conduct laboratory analyses involving blood, urine, tissue, and various other samples in accordance with established protocols.
• Demonstrate proficiency in obtaining blood / urine samples from patients, particularly excelling in the management of critical pediatric cases. Efficiently receive, label, and analyze a variety of samples, including blood, urine and tissue specimens.
• Utilize specialized laboratory instruments, such as microscopes, centrifuges, and automated analyzers.
• Ensure the proper organization and storage of all chemicals, fluids, and compressed gases in accordance with safety regulations.
• Verify that laboratory equipment is accurately calibrated and operational, while also checking the quality and expiration dates of chemicals and reagents.
• Follow stringent procedures and quality control protocols to guarantee precise results, and analyze data to detect any abnormalities or trends.
• Conduct laboratory tests in line with established procedures, document findings, and interpret the outcomes.
• Meticulously record all data and results in the necessary formats, both in written and electronic forms.
• Consistently comply with all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
