Job Context

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Pathologist to join our medical team. The candidate will be responsible for examining tissues, blood, and other body fluids to diagnose diseases accurately and support clinical decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adherence to medical ethics and laboratory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Examine and analyze laboratory samples including blood, tissue, urine, and other bodily fluids
• Diagnose diseases and medical conditions through microscopic and biochemical analysis
• Prepare and review pathology reports and communicate findings to physicians
• Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely delivery of test results
• Supervise laboratory technologists and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records
• Follow national and international medical and laboratory guidelines
• Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions when required
• Ensure laboratory safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance
