Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect and prepare patient samples (blood, urine, tissues.
∎ Diagnose diseases by analyzing samples (e.g., biopsies, blood tests).
∎ Supervise lab operations and ensure test accuracy.
∎ Consult with physicians on findings.
∎ Assist in basic testing and specimen handling.
∎ Manage data entry and record keeping.
∎ Follow safety protocols and maintain inventory.Maintain quality and compliance standards.
