Responsibilities & Context:
Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including histopathology, cytopathology, and molecular pathology.
Analyze and diagnose diseases based on tissue samples, blood tests, and other specimens.
Provide expert consultations to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of diagnostic results.
Participate in the development and implementation of new diagnostic techniques.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pathology best practices and advancements in the field.
Supervise laboratory staff and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
