• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a paramedic, EMT, or related healthcare position.

• Strong clinical and emergency response skills.

• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with community members and healthcare professionals.

• Knowledge of healthcare needs in rural and underserved areas.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a healthcare team.

• Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records and reports.

• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations.

Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) started its journey in 1988 with a noble vision to stand in solidarity with the poor and marginalized. ESDO is implementing the Community Clinic at Khubjipur Village Gurudashpur Upazila under Natore District under the Microfinance Program. ESDO is inviting applications from interested qualified candidates for the position.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medical treatment, including assessment, diagnosis, and first aid, in line with established medical protocols.

• Respond to emergency situations and provide on-site medical assistance to individuals in need.

• Stabilize patients during medical emergencies and safely transport them to healthcare facilities as required.

• Assist in community healthcare programs, including vaccination drives, health awareness campaigns, and medical outreach activities.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care in rural and community settings.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient care records.

• Ensure all medical equipment and supplies are well-maintained and readily available.

• Educate community members on basic health, hygiene, and emergency response techniques.

• Participate in continuous training and development to stay current with medical practices and emergency protocols.

• Support the organization in disaster relief efforts, including medical response in times of crisis.
