• Develop and design effective curriculum plans and instructional materials.

• Ensure course content aligns with educational objectives and learner needs.

• Coordinate with faculty to maintain the academic quality and integrity of the course.

• Plan, organize, and coordinate course delivery, including materials, facilities, and equipment.

• Oversee and supervise all preparations for the course.

• Maintain course information on learning management systems.

• Monitor the overall student experience to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Provide consistent and timely feedback to students on their progress.

• Implement effective learner support strategies, such as differentiation for diverse needs.

• Manage the assessment of course materials and ensure accurate submission of all required paperwork.

• Utilize assessment methods to monitor learner progress and measure outcomes.

• Oversee course evaluations to inform continuous improvement and development.

• Ensure the course meets regulatory requirements and quality standards.

• Actively participate in the course review and renewal process to incorporate feedback and best practices.

• Provide information and liaise with stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative learning community.
