What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & leading a team
  • Ed-Tech background preferred
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Strong organizational & project management mindset
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Familiarity with project management & AI tools (ClickUp, Trello, Notion, ChatGpt, Grok etc.)
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in Operations Management or a similar role is required.
  • Strong preference for candidates with edtech background: Familiarity with the industry and experience in ed-tech platforms or cohort-based courses is highly desired.

Your Role:

As our Sales & Operations Manager, you’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution—driving sales, leading teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role for someone who understands the art of both selling and executing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • *Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion
  • *Manage and optimize day-to-day operations of training programs
  • *Supervise and coach internal teams to deliver performance goals
  • *Track KPIs, report insights, and support strategic decision-making
  • *Collaborate cross-functionally to improve the customer journey
  • *Ensure timely execution of projects using project management tools
