∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ At least 2 years of experience in Digital/Online Marketing field.
∎ Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken and written English; additional language skills (e.g., Chinese, French, or Spanish) are a strong advantage.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator), Social media ad campaigns, Meta suite, SEO, SEM, and experience managing online stores will be highly regarded.
∎ Computer Literacy: Competency in Microsoft Office tools (Office 365: Word, Excel) and a willingness to learn new technologies.
∎ Industry Experience: Previous experience with solar products or electrical devices is preferred. A basic understanding of solar systems and circuits is highly desirable.
∎ Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and customer care abilities. Experience in market development or solar projects is a significant plus.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute global online marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, SEM, and more, to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
∎ Platform Compliance: Stay updated on the policies and regulations of major social media and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Amazon, eBay) to ensure adherence and avoid policy violations.
∎ Content Creation and Publishing: Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, and videos) tailored for diverse international audiences.
∎ Traffic and User Engagement: Implement strategies to drive organic traffic, foster user interactions, and build strong customer relationships across multiple regions.
∎ Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze advertising performance and user behavior to refine marketing strategies and improve global campaign results.
∎ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
∎ Global Solar Business Development: Identify and build partnerships with solar installers, contractors, and distributors in various regions to grow our international solar energy footprint.
