Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates should possess basic computer skills necessary for conducting online classes effectively.
∎ Manage and maintain the syllabus for the assigned subjects/classes, ensuring alignment with academic standards.
∎ Develop comprehensive academic lesson plans, scripts, and create chapter-wise worksheets, quizzes, and creative questions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
∎ Host and manage online live classes using platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom, ensuring seamless operation and technical proficiency.
∎ Implement quality assurance protocols during class sessions to maintain the highest standards of teaching and learning.
∎ Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in online education.
∎ Provide dedicated support to students by addressing their doubts and queries during designated doubt-solving sessions.
∎ Record each class session for archival purposes and to cater to the needs of students who may miss the live sessions.
∎ Deliver lectures proficiently in both Bengali and English mediums, adapting based on the needs and preferences of the students.
∎ Actively participate in company social media activities to promote online classes and increase brand visibility.
∎ Prior experience in e-learning platforms and online teaching methodologies will be advantageous.
