∎ Develop comprehensive academic lesson plans, scripts, and create chapter-wise worksheets, quizzes, and creative questions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
∎ Attend meeting, workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and stay updated with best practices in online education.
∎ Record each class session for archival purposes and to cater to the needs of students who may miss the live sessions.
∎ Deliver lectures proficiently in both Bengali and English mediums, adapting based on the needs and preferences of the students.
∎ Actively participate in company social media activities to promote online classes and increase brand visibility.
