Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Candidate having Diploma in Web / Graphic Design will get Performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having creative vision, user experience, visual communication, and quality design concepts.
∎ Coordination and production of all images, videos, design materials, pdfs needed for the organization's digital marketing team Create brochure / poster, leaflets, banners, newsletters, flyers, festoons, calendar, book cover and other materials.
∎ Knowledge on Print media, Social Media posts, Photography is mandatory.
∎ Design and produce motion graphics, video editing, 2D 3D Motion, motion typography.
∎ Candidate will have experience in all major design software and a proven ability to produce entertaining educational or inspirational visual content that is consistent with the brand "look and feel.
∎ Excellent design skills, including the effective use of color, form and composition.
∎ Candidate has to bring their portfolio of images and other things in the pen drive to show us,
∎ Any responsibility given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe after Effects, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Premiere Pro).
∎ Demonstrated ability to craft high-quality graphics (static and video).
∎ Must understand how to work within brand standard guidelines.
∎ Excellent communication skills & Strong design skills along with strong conceptual skills.
∎ Experience in conceptualizing and producing graphics assets and must have excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
∎ Ability to produce quality work under pressure and Self-motivated, willing to roll up sleeves for work responsibilities.
∎ Prior knowledge working with prototyping tools and the ability to learn new tools quickly for UX (Invision, Adobe XD) will be an asset.
∎ Knowledge of social media management will be an asset.
Salary:
