∎ Bachelors or Masters in Finance or Accounting from reputed University

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure collection of bills from individual clients against their agreed amount from business agreement/ due amount to be paid to Kazi Media Limited within stipulated time period
∎ Assist in receiving and sorting incoming payments with attention to credibility, managing the status of accounts & balances, identifying inconsistencies, issuing bills, receipts and invoices
∎ Initiate to assemble all information gathered by the company, such as bills of sale, receipts, or other financial records and calculate all due charges
∎ Responsible for preparing invoices, accounts receivables, release orders, etc. as per SLA (service Line Agreement), issuing cheques and keeping up to date records of entire process in systems
∎ Prepare monthly invoices and sales statement of advertisement, branding & sponsorship and maintain party ledger
∎ Assist the Sales & Marketing Team of Kazi Media Limited in over all operation of sales and marketing functions and assist the overall after sales service
∎ Keep record of collection against the bills and prepare weekly collection report accurately within specified time period
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1-2 years of relevant job experience
∎ Computer proficiency in MS Office
Salary:
