Job Responsibilities:
∎ Input the test result from raw data in the system.
∎ Ensuring the data transfer in the system properly.
∎ Arranging to send the test report softcopy through mail properly as per the customer instruction.
∎ Preparing weekly, monthly & quarterly summary as per the customer instruction & send all accordingly.
∎ Update the customer manual as per the customer update information or changes accordingly.
∎ Providing the internal copy of the test report to accounts department to prepared final invoice.
∎ Preparing the production status as well as delay (%) of the report in everyday & provide to the laboratory manager accordingly.
∎ Completing the job assign by the superior time to time.
∎ Ensuring all weekly / monthly / yearly summary reports are prepared on-time.
∎ Ensuring good house-keeping.
∎ Any special task assigned by Manager/Deputy Manager/Asst. Manager/Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience: 1 year experience in data entry.
∎ Soft skills: Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, Web based Application
∎ Language proficiency: Bengali, English
∎ Computer literacy: Advance knowledge
∎ Any other specific requirement
Salary: Negotiable
