• Ensuring that the incoming materials are from the right sources/approved vendors, that the received materials are stored under specified conditions with proper status labels as per SOP, and reporting any deviations if found.
• Arranging to receive the incoming materials and checking their identity, any signs of damage, labeling, cleanliness, and quantity, and preparing the GRN.
• Preparing daily and periodic reports (Daily Receiving, MRR, Re-test, Expiry, etc.) and updating the location register.
• Collecting requisitions and checking dispensing schedules of the production department, ensuring the issuance of the correct materials while maintaining FIFO/FEFO from the warehouse.
• Checking the physical inventory of the respective items, reporting discrepancies to the supervisor, and ensuring necessary reconciliation.
