Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strategizing, designing, developing & executing the end-to-end SCM plans that are aligned to the company business goals.
∎ Ensure material planning for projects and supplies coordinating with design and execution team ahead of actual demand.
∎ Supervise all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, amendment /correction, Export/import proceeds
∎ realization, ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs through maintaining proper liaison with customs
∎ authority, concerned banks, C&F agents, trade bodies, shipping lines).
∎ Understanding of LC and its terms and conditions.
∎ Develop vendors based on the offered compliances, credit period, and price and delivery schedule and negotiate further for warranty support, quality and other specifics.
∎ Coordinate with the technical team in obtaining the approval & finalize with vendor and release of purchase order.
∎ Maintain proper correspondents with supplier, factory, buyer, C&F and other concerned offices.
∎ Maintain customs process for goods clearing and transportation against Import & Export.
∎ Develop an effective and cost-efficient logistics system.
∎ Initiate and lead cost-saving initiatives.
∎ Communicate with internal departments like Operation, Accounts and Logistics to ensure proper coordination.
∎ Any other task by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial/ Export-Import, Procurement, Negotiation, Sourcing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Lite Engineering & Heavy Industry), Home Appliance, Group of Companies.
∎ Fluent in both written & spoken English.
∎ Proactive and good in communication.
∎ Hardworking.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill.
∎ Ability to lead by example.
