∎ Training/Trade Course: Tax,VAT
∎ Skills Required: Communication, crisis management, Problem Solving, team work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Computer skill, MS Office
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in record keeping e.g. capital expenditure by creating journal entries in JDE system as fixed asset on the basis of Gildan Fixed Asset Policy.
∎ Assist in reclassifying operational expenditure to capital expenditure and capital expenditure to operational expenditure vice –versa if necessary.
∎ Assist in posting fixed asset from GL in the fixed asset module in JDE system to maintain the zero variance between G/L and Fixed asset.
∎ Assist in running depreciation for certain asset on the basis of Gildan Fixed Asset Policy.
∎ Assist in preparing CAPEX vs Forecast report monthly and identify the reason of variances.
∎ Assist in disposing Fixed Asset if applicable.
∎ Assist in preparing Fixed Asset Reporting Package monthly basis.
∎ Assist in keeping proper physical tracking of fixed asset.
∎ Prepare Intercompany reconciliation and coordinate inventory audit of raw materials, spare parts, and finished goods in Chittagong distribution center.
