Communication, Good at Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist line manager to prepare material requirement plan to meet monthly / yearly production target as per ABP.
∎ Ensure safety and proper storage of all raw materials and finished goods.
∎ Check Sales, Current & Purchase register and ensure that all are properly recorded as per regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare monthly inventory report as per physical stock.
∎ Ensure proper storage of intermediate product and maintain FIFO to assure quality.
∎ Ensure on time delivery of finished goods as per local & export demand.
∎ Reconciliation of Raw Materials & Finished goods with related departments.
∎ Check transport and courier bills and send to Accounts & Finance department.
∎ Preparation of MIS report and documents submission.
∎ Ensure Monthly VAT reconciliation with concern departments.
∎ To conduct activities as per company policy, procedures and management decisions pertaining to different standards as applicable.
∎ Work proactively in team and suggest development.
∎ Ensure continual improvement of work process and of self development.
∎ Perform any task assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having knowledge on Store Management, Transport Management, Inventory Management, Material handling, VAT and custom regulations will have preference
