Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AutoCAD, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture Manufacturer, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation & Supervision of various projects at inside and outside of factory.
∎ Ensure & Supervision schedule and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical plumbing and firefighting system.
∎ To perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of all machinery at Furniture manufacturing company.
∎ Ensure smooth operation by reducing breakdown duration.
∎ To diagnose faults & troubleshooting of machinery at breakdown maintenance and Analysis of machine failures.
∎ Continuous Monitoring & Maintenance of 33/11 KV substation system.
∎ Continuous Monitoring & Maintenance automation system and Lift.
∎ Continuous Monitoring & Maintenance of backup power system with diesel generators.
∎ Continuous Monitoring & Maintenance of Screw type air compressors.
∎ Good knowledge in CNC, PLC & Robotic type's automatic machinery maintenance.
∎ Supervision of workshop activities (Lathe, Milling, Shaper, welding machine operation).
∎ Good knowledge in new Machinery Installation, Structural work & Plumbing work.
∎ Prepare plan, estimate, arrange manpower & required tools-machineries and complete daily tasks in schedule time.
∎ Manage procurement / PO / WO and ensure required spare parts availability with a proper list.
∎ Daily reporting to management & planning coordination with department manager.
∎ Keep Break down and preventive maintenance record, Prepared and maintain
∎ ISO Documents.
∎ Good experts in auto cad 2D & 3D drawing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Fluency both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have good computer knowledge specially in Microsoft Office/ Excel.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
