Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ Graduate from any reputed Universities.
∎ Supply Chain Management Certified will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain day to day spares consumption of SR (Store Requisition).
∎ SR posting on ledger.
∎ Daily SR wise spare parts, Raw Materials & packing materials check physically .
∎ First, Slow, Non-moving items identification.
∎ Disposal of scrap materials from scrap yard.
∎ SR report send to management when Required.
∎ Raw materials maintaining in warehouse as per production requirement.
∎ Make MRR & Q.C.
∎ Posted/ un-posted slip checking according to major & minor category.
∎ Pending PR (Purchase requisition) monitoring & check.
∎ Local or imported materials checking & posting on ledger.
∎ Damaged, repairable and useable parts should be kept in different ledgers.
∎ Daily/ Monthly /yearly report preparation and checking.
∎ Manpower setting, monitoring daily duty schedule, leaves & other facilities and communicating with HR for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of the department.
∎ Any other work assign by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4 years' experience for Officer and more than 4 years' experience for Sr. Officer in store from Industry.
∎ Team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented.
∎ Strong reporting skills maintaining software database such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory at own accord.
