Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting Information System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Cash Collection : Collect cash payments from Sales person and sales representatives, ensuring adherence to proper documentation protocols, including Sales Order, Delivery Orders, Money Receipts and Deposit Slips;
∎ Record Keeping : Maintain meticulous records and documentation of all cash collections;
∎ Automation File : Update automation file to reflect accurate and up-to-date payment information;
∎ Outstanding Due Check : Verify whether the party has any outstanding dues and communicate this information promptly;
∎ Register Book : Record all collection details in the register book, ensuring accuracy and completeness;
∎ To Support Accounts Department : Submit all payments documentation to the Accounts Department for proper adjustment and
∎ Any other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)

∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
