Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors, one of the subsidiaries of ACI, is dealing with Automobile & Agri-machineries such as; Motorcycle, Tractor, Power Tiller, Harvester, Diesel Engine, Pump and Heavy Construction Equipment.
∎ ACI Motors focuses on digital marketing and social media marketing to build a close contact with its customers and stakeholders. This position will work closely with our digital marketing team and perform online query management activities on different social media platforms. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Response to social media based customer quarries.
∎ Collect market information and prepare reports on market insights .
∎ Make prompt communication to the sales/service team and resolve any problem raised by customers/dealers/retailers through online platform.
∎ Assist marketing team with inquiry tracking in prescribed format.
∎ Assist in digital marketing activities and events when required.
∎ Maintain current online contents and promotional materials. Update and restructure contents as required.
∎ Regularly track and report on online performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge and active presence on social media platforms (i.e; Facebook, YouTube, Instagram etc..
∎ Skilled in operating computers and other subsidiary gadgets.
∎ Good command over Bangla and English languages.
∎ Experience/interest in photography and music will be an added advantage.
