Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ BBA-Accounts/Finance, MBA- Accounts/Finance from reputed university)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform day-to-day accounting activities.
∎ Having Knowledge about Accounts Software.
∎ Maintain Receipts & Payment Vouchers, Journal Voucher, Cash Book, General Ledger, Bank Book, Bill Register, Debtors & Creditors Ledger, Party Payment Registers.
∎ Must ensure on-time preparation & submission of actual receipt & payment statement of each company separately on a Monthly / Half Yearly / Yearly basis to the reporting authority.
∎ Check and verify sales invoice and supply bills
∎ Checking all bank transactions and bank reconciliations
∎ Verify bill, voucher supplier ledger, utility bill register, advance register cash book & other subsidiary ledgers.
∎ Monitoring routine jobs like voucher entry, bill processing, cash handling, party payments, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience on Tally Software
∎ Strong Interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Analytical ability.
∎ The ability to multi-tasking.
∎ Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially in excel.
