Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology.
∎ Bachelor's degree in applied industrial engineering or any relevant degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all the processes of furniture production in a factory.
∎ Maximize the factory performance and minimize any delay.
∎ New Process/ Method Development on the production floor.
∎ Ensure Target input to achieve target efficiency.
∎ Supervise the production process including process control, schedule control, solving related problems, and ensuring production according to specifications.
∎ Supervise and handle all the job orders within time and budget
∎ Handle all the production team and (job orders, work standards, processes flow, inspection reports).
∎ Participate in the quality control process by executing specific quality inspections.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Furniture production experience will be preferred.
∎ Exceptional time and project management skills.
∎ Great communication skills are a must, this is a collaborative open floor plan team environment
∎ MS Excel is a must.
∎ Critical thinking skills, the ability to foresee problems and suggest multiple solutions from a different perspective.
