∎ BCOM or MCOM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and compile Bill of Quantities of potential projects from concerned person
∎ Prepare payment schedule in consultation with PCM and CPD for required ingredients
∎ Plan the payment cycle and send to PCM for approval
∎ In case of receiving Work Order, prepare ECF/PCF based on cash flow/BOQ
∎ Preparation of Running Bills and Final Bills to be raised to clients, both internal and external
∎ Ensure to follow up with clients about billing and cash receiving cycle and track cash in-flow and out-flow with CPD and PCM
∎ Collection of all VAT and TAX challans which have been deducted at source by clients from bills
∎ Checking project based and office overhead bills
∎ Documentation submission to leasing companies for work order financing and reconciliation of the same after adjustment
∎ Maintaining all financial correspondence as and when required
∎ Monitoring project budget variance at all times for ongoing projects
∎ Reviewing daily financial activities of ongoing projects
∎ Preparation of Fund Flow Statements for individual projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge in different local and international product related to printing.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills is a must.
∎ Confident on IT skill

Salary: Negotiable
