∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Microsoft word and excel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain bill vouchers and books of accounts such as cashbook, ledger book, advance register, fixed assets register, and other necessary books & documents;
∎ Check supporting papers/ documents of day-to-day expenditures;
∎ Manage daily cash and bank transactions
∎ Assist to prepare the monthly bank reconciliation statement;
∎ Assist to verify different bills/ vouchers;
∎ Assist to prepare all kinds of Tax and VAT-related documents;
∎ Keep the books of financial and procurement records regularly and update the information as per the prescribed standard;
∎ Assist to produce monthly accounts of administrative and project budget expenditures;
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for submission to the government;
∎ Collect bill vouchers from all spending units;
∎ Assist to consolidate all bill vouchers and entry into the ERP reporting format and relevant software;
∎ Assist to prepare different financial reports of the project
∎ Reconcile the books of accounts procurement related information with stock/fixed asset register.
