Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com in Accounting with ICMAB (intermediate) or 1200 marks completed
∎ Skills Required: ERP, ORACLE EBS, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cost & Management Accounting, Expenditure tracking, Forcasting, Product Costing and budgeting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting financial accounting objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Individual Costing of the product.
∎ Preparation of summary Cost sheet & BOM sheet.
∎ Comparative statement of product performance that means assessment of CM Vs actual.
∎ Monthly JoB v BoM variance analysis and determining rout cause.
∎ Review of Cost Sheet for MRP declaration for Local/export market and submit to Chief Business Officer (CBO) when needed.
∎ Monitor stock movement and consider Material Value and BOM Cost and Price changes etc.
∎ Determining the monthly BEP by considering/implementing product
∎ promotions, MRP changes, Markup & markdowns etc.
∎ Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements related to Costing issue.
∎ Maintain relations with external/Internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations and comply accordingly.
∎ Advanced computer skills, including advance Excel and financial reporting software (Oracle EBS, ERP).
∎ Conversant with Income Tax & VAT Issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Must have adequate practical knowledge on Budgeting, Costing, Landed Costing and Product Costing of Group of Companies, Manufacturing (Light & Heavy) Industries.
∎ 3-4 years proven track record/experience in Costing Department.
∎ Knowledge and ability to use of ERP software applications (Oracle EBS) will get preference.
∎ Leadership capability and team building efficiency.
