Responsibilities & Context:
Ventura Leatherware Mfy. (BD) Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced Officer – Chinese Language Expert to ensure smooth communication and collaboration between Chinese-speaking professionals and local teams. The role plays a vital part in supporting production operations, training activities, and cross-functional coordination by providing interpretation, translation, and communication support.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist Chinese trainers or senior colleagues in day-to-day communication on the production floor or within functional departments.
Provide verbal and written interpretation/translation as required.
Interpret during meetings and prepare accurate minutes in English.
Translate documents from Chinese to Bengali or English and vice versa.
Support production teams and contribute toward future leadership roles in operational processes.
