We are looking for a dynamic and reliable Executive to support day-to-day administrative, commercial, and coordination activities. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage office operations, financial documentation, supplier coordination, and sample follow-up to ensure smooth business processes.
Manage daily office administrative and operational activities
Maintain proper filing systems, records, and documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain petty cash and daily cash transactions accurately
Prepare vouchers and verify bills before processing payments
Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain reports
Prepare and verify commercial documents such as Invoice (INV) and Packing List (PL)
Maintain shipment and export-related documentation
Organize and update all commercial files and records systematically
Prepare and submit required documents (Invoice, Packing List, CF/Forwarding Letter) to banks
Maintain records of bank submissions and follow up when necessary
Coordinate with suppliers for trims, fabrics, and accessories
Prepare bookings for SMS, trims, and fabric requirements
Follow up on delivery status to support timely production
Coordinate sample development with factory and relevant teams
Track sample preparation, dispatch, and approval status
Ensure timely communication and updates on sample progress
