- In-depth knowledge of financial management, including financial planning, budgeting, cost control, and cost-saving strategies.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to present financial reports clearly to non-financial audiences.
- Proactive in addressing financial discrepancies and implementing solutions promptly.
- Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
