∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive cash or cheques collected from customers and issue Money Receipts in the system.
∎ Ensure timely deposit of cash or cheques within banking hours.
∎ Prepare Dealer Money Receipts in the SAP system after confirmation of bank deposits.
∎ Provide customer ledgers or scanned copies as required by TSO/TSE and ASM.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements by the 5th of the following month.
∎ Cross-check customer deposits in bank accounts with the SAP Bank Ledger daily.
∎ Ensure issuance of customer balance confirmation certificates twice a year.
∎ Collect PDCs (Post-Dated Cheques) and CDCs (Current Dated Cheques) before releasing sales orders and ensure timely deposit.
∎ Reconcile customer ledgers and resolve discrepancies between customer closing balances and SAP balances.
∎ Prepare bounced cheque reports and issue reminder letters accordingly.
∎ Manage dealer/distributor receivables and collect committed overdue payments.
∎ Maintain records of daily financial transactions by entering data into SAP.
∎ Coordinate and manage collections through the sales team.
∎ Prepare analytical reports and MIS for management purposes.
∎ Address and resolve issues raised by dealers in coordination with the concerned sales personnel.
