∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

∎ Age at least 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect cash or cheque from customer & issue Money Receipt in system.
∎ SAP F-30 Customer Line item Adjustment every day 9.00 am and 4.30pm.
∎ Ensure cash or cheque deposit within banking time.
∎ Preparation of Dealer Money Receipt in SAP System after confirmation of Bank deposit.
∎ Provide customer ledger / Scan Copy as per requirement of TSO/TSE and ASM.
∎ Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statement within 05th of the Following Month.
∎ Cross Check Customer Deposited Bank & SAP Bank Ledger everyday.
∎ Ensure customer balance confirmation certificate twice in a year.
∎ Collect PDC, CDC before Sales Order release and timely deposit.
∎ Customer ledger reconciliation and customer closing balance discrepancy remove with SAP balance.
∎ Prepare bounce cheque report and issue reminder letter.
∎ Dealer / Distributor receivable management and collect committed overdue.
∎ Maintain records of daily financial transaction by entering data in SAP.
∎ Manage and co-ordinate collection through sales person.
∎ Prepare analytical report and MIS for management purpose.
∎ Attend problem raised by the Dealer and solve along with concern sales person.
