Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Account Finance, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounts & Finance
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting,
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting,
∎ Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Accounting
∎ Maters /MBA/BBA/ major in accounting from any reputed University/Institute.
∎ CA CC from reputed firms is added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Accounts and audit, Advance Excel, Banking, Cost and budget, Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel), VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Software Company, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Call Center, Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Telecommunication, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining daily Cash Book, Bank book, Cheque Register, Sales Register, Receivable and Payable Register, Petty Cash, Inventory Register, Loan & Interest Schedule, and Import & Export related different registers.
∎ Capacity to handle independently all affairs of the accounts department
∎ Financial reporting-weekly, monthly quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and as per the requirement of management.
∎ Prepare Monthly Budget, Project budget.
∎ Supplier & Customer management and relevant business communication as required;
∎ Verification of regular transactions, bills, and documents before approval and record keeping;
∎ Responsible for maintaining records for office & operational expenditure.
∎ Must have good and extensive knowledge of TAX, VAT, duties, and financial rules and policies of Bangladesh.
∎ Must independently handle Tax assessment and return for Company and Employee, investor and employees TAX assessment and return VAT audit.
∎ Responsible for submitting monthly VAT return, monthly TDS return & quarterly withholding TAX
∎ Monitor the Tax & VAT-related matters and liaise with Tax & VAT authorities.
∎ Conducting VAT-related work (VAT return, VDS, VAT Audit, Mushok preparing, VAT register maintaining, etc)
∎ Must independently prepare Company Yearly Statutory Audit Report, Financial Statement, Yearly Tax Assessment work, etc
∎ Hearing, Assessment, Appeal related to all works, Tribunal.
∎ Coordinating with Customers and Auditors
∎ Supervision the work of subordinates
∎ Raising invoices and Follow up
∎ Planning Employee's Training and Competence
∎ Maintaining Employee Attendance, Leaves, and Timekeeping record
∎ Closely deal with banks and financial institutions.
