Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounting/ Finance from any reputed University.
∎ Relevant Professional Degree (CA / CMA) will get advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all books of accounts, register, ledger etc. following accounting standard and accounting principles and policies of the organization.
∎ Preparation of financial statements and necessary reports periodically as required by the management.
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions.
∎ Preparation of annual budget, forecast cash flow, review and evaluation for cost optimization.
∎ Confirm compliance of organization policy, Companies Act 1994, Income Tax rules, VAT rules and other related laws.
∎ Ensure all necessary tax & Vat deduction from various sources & deposit with appropriate govt. authority within the time limit including Submission of VAT returns, reports and documentation.
∎ Liaise with the TAX department and advise on TAX and VAT planning.
∎ Advise on TAX & VAT planning within current legislation to enable them to minimize tax liabilities.
∎ Prepare different project related financial statements (income statement, balance sheet & cash flow statement etc.) for project profile, business plan, feasibility study etc.
∎ Provide timely and accurate analysis of Budgets, Financial Reports and Financial Trends in order to assist the Management in taking decisions accordingly.
∎ Design financial strategies for maximizing revenue, profitability & liquidity.
∎ Maintain liaison with Banks/financial institutions and other external stake holders regarding financial issues.
∎ Have projection of fund disbursement plan.
∎ Analyze costs, variable contributions and the organization's actual performance compared to the business plans.
∎ Prepare flowcharts and diagrams showing prior, current and projected revenues and expenditures to provide a basis for comparison and evaluation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years in the relevant field particularly dealing with Project Accounts and VAT & Tax related issues. Candidates having experience in Banking/Financial Institutions will get preferences.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Project Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Income Tax), Internal Audit, Strategic Planning etc.
∎ Knowledge on all statutory legislation and regulations.
∎ Strong Team building and leadership skills.
∎ Should have a high level of written and oral communication skills.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer literacy (MS Office, Accounting Software like Quick Books etc.).
∎ Have knowledge and skill of Fixed Assets and Inventory Management.
∎ Awareness of gender issues.
