Experience:

• Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery/ Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) /Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).MPH from NIPSOM or BSMMU will get preference
• Skills Required: Communication, computer skills, English Language, Teaching & Training etc

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital

• Age 40 to 55 years
• Only Female

• At least 12 years of experience out of which 5 to 6 years as Assistant/Deputy Superintendent, Nursing Services/Deputy Head of Nursing Services in any reputed Hospital. or
• At least 12 years of experience out of which 6-7 years as Nursing Supervisor in any reputed Hospital. 

These roles of the advertised position typically involve overseeing patient care, managing nursing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of nursing units which are summarized as follows:

 Patient Care:

• Supervising and ensuring the delivery of quality nursing care. 
• Conducting regular rounds to assess patient needs and the quality of care. 
• Analyzing and evaluating the nursing services required within the unit. 

Staff Management:

• Supervising and coordinating the work of nursing staff. 
• Developing and implementing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels. 
• Providing guidance and support to nursing staff. 
• Conducting performance evaluations of nursing staff. 
• Addressing and resolving any staff-related issues or concerns. 

Administrative Duties:

• Maintaining records and reports related to nursing services. 
• Oversee Roster Management of the Nursing Supervisors & Nursing Staff
• Managing inventory of supplies and equipment. 
• Participating in budget planning and resource allocation. 
• Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures. 

Liaison and Communication:

• Acting as a liaison between the nursing staff, other departments, and hospital administration. 
• Communicating relevant information to nursing staff and other stakeholders. 
• Representing the nursing department in meetings and other official functions.
