∎ The candidate has to stay permanently in nursing hostel.
∎ Experience of working in a hospital would be an additional advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and to deal with challenging situations in a sensitive and creative manner.
∎ People handling and managing capacity.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure hostel resident’s safety, discipline, and well-being at all times.
∎ Supervise daily routines, including wake-up, meals, study time, and lights-out.
∎ Monitor hostel cleanliness, hygiene, and facility maintenance.
∎ Maintain student records, including attendance, room allotment, and leave.
∎ Handle emergencies, provide first response, and coordinate medical support.
∎ Enforce hostel rules and take disciplinary action when required.
∎ Maintain inventory of hostel items and ensure proper use of resources.
∎ Act as a liaison between students and the institute administration.
∎ Stay in the hostel 24/7 and be available for student support as needed.
