Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor or Masters degree from a reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contributes to the overall growth of the NightCare program- build relationships with mothers in nearby communities and invite them to bring their babies to NightCare
∎ Prepares the NightCare for each night - prepare age appropriate lesson plans; distribute food and supplies; ensure the strict adherence of Center standard, rules and regulations followed by both staff and mothers.
∎ Oversee NightCare Activities: check in and check out- ensure that all mothers fill out the Child Information Form and check their children in or out appropriately and that attendance is accurately recorded each night
∎ Oversee NightCare program- provide a warm and nurturing environment; ensure the safety of each child; oversee the NightCare schedule (check-in, bath, dinner, lesson time, bedtime, check-out); maintain a log of any accidents, incidents, or medical concerns, oversee and document first aid and medicine administration
∎ Manage NightCare Nannies- ensure all nannies and visitors operate according to proper NightCare policies and procedures; provide regular coaching as needed; conduct necessary meetings and trainings to create an organized, growth-oriented atmosphere.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years' experience in working with children
∎ Strong interpersonal skills
∎ Nurturing spirit and a love of working with young babies and toddlers
∎ Pass a background check, with no prior child abuse record.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20560 (Monthly)
∎ Including all benefits.
