∎ Network Development Engineer will be responsible for expanding service network of Yamaha and establish new service/parts points throughout the country.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth and profitable field service operations of Yamaha Motorcycles
∎ Design and establish new Authorized Service Centers, Parts Centers, and Yamaha 3S Center as per company policy.
∎ Monitor day-to-day service operations, service network expansion, customer satisfaction ratio, and promotional activities of service to ensure high-quality standards of after-sales service for customers.
∎ Lead continuous improvement efforts that support annual goals for service and cost control.
∎ Monitor and ensure service & spares network expansion to spread motorcycle service availability at every corner of the country.
∎ Prepare service promotional materials as per requirement.
∎ Assist and motivate Yamaha service team to achieve maximum productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
∎ Visit dealer points and service centers frequently to ensure satisfaction of customer as well as field service team satisfaction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office
∎ Flexibility to travel.
∎ Relevant experience in automobile industry will be an added advantage.
