Job Context:
∎ I-Venture Limited is looking for a creative video & motion graphic designer for its Digital Marketing Wing. If you think you are capable enough to do above-mentioned job responsibilities only then we encourage you to apply.
∎ Candidates having experience in Digital Marketing Agency are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop multimedia-based layouts, motion graphics, animation, video, and online tutorials portraying products/services for corporate clients.
∎ Edit raw video content combining live-action footage, still imagery, motion graphics and/or 3D animation to create promotional videos, advertisements for social media.
∎ Develop motion graphics/video using After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro or other editing software's with particular focus on the technical accuracy of the content and pacing of visuals.
∎ Work with Digital Marketing team to understand the project scope and objectives that will drive engagement and awareness of our products and business activities.
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
∎ Design new on-brand animation to effectively convey concepts and messaging.
∎ Ensure all creative adheres to existing brand guidelines and social media best practices
∎ Work collaboratively with the Content Development Team, Creative Team, Content Writers, and other colleagues to develop creative multimedia materials.
∎ Perform technical duties in the production of web-based video and audio projects, video streaming, and other multimedia productions.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Expertise in Illustrator, InDesign, after effects & adobe premiere pro, other editing software.
∎ A deep sense of developing a BRAND with international standard.
∎ Eye for typography, composition, layout, color, high-quality production with pixel-level attention to detail.
∎ Sound knowledge in advanced video streaming, advanced graphic design, motion graphic design, and animation.
∎ Hard working, willing to take challenges & ready to work under pressure and committed to achievement and result oriented.
