Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Post Graduation/ Diploma in Graphics & Creative Designs from any reputed University /Institution. (Graduate from Charukola Institute, UODA will get preference)
∎ Any certification in motion graphics & video editing or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Advertising Ageny, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, E-commerce, IT Enabled Service, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong technical skills and proven ability to use a variety of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and etc)
∎ Creating new designs with creative concepts. The ability to concept both independently and collaboratively and present ideas effectively.
∎ Create innovative design, social media banner/images, logo design, brochure, catalog, develop cover design, inner design, any 3D/ motion graphics task given by the superior in various media including web, mobile, tv etc.
∎ Basic Knowledge of Digital Marketing and have to work in digital marketing task given by the superior.
∎ Coordinate closely with relevant teams to Plan & execute Effective Campaigns.
∎ Work collaboratively with the Marketing and Content Development Team to develop creative multimedia materials.
∎ Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media as most graphic design work is now completed on a computer.
∎ Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.
∎ Provide support for Promotion and dissemination of products and Services across various digital platforms, including digital marketer website and social media.
∎ Coordinate closely with relevant teams to Plan & execute Effective Campaigns.
∎ Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Portfolio of design projects
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Figma, Adobe XD etc.
∎ Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
∎ Good time-management skills
∎ Problem solving aptitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
