Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Consultant to develop new projects for Clinical Test Development
∎ Define, implement and monitor accepted standards of performance in quality control, quality assurance and cost effectiveness of the laboratory service
∎ Monitor all work performed in the laboratory to determine that reliable medical data are being generated correlate laboratory data for diagnosis and patient management
∎ Assure that the laboratory participates effectively in the quality assurance program of the institute
∎ Collaborate with Laboratory Supervisor and Clinical Lab staff for new test implementation
∎ Promote practices that are consistent with accepted ethical standard for the medical profession

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Work experience of minimum 15 years in hospital industry
∎ Should have experience of minimum 5 years in hospital administration
∎ Proficiency with Next Generation Sequencing technologies and familiarity with analysis methods.
