Digital Ecosystem marketing, Mobile App Development
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Actively contribute in digitizing distribution channel
∎ Overseeing management of all digital channels including mobile app, company website and social media pages
∎ Regular data extraction, data analysis and reporting of campaigns, new launches, communications etc
∎ Driving new user acquisition across all mobile, social and native platforms, app store optimization, as well as downloads from existing users
∎ Maximize retention and usage via in-app messaging and other engagement tactics
∎ Collaborating with product development/business team to identify and drive promotions and product innovation that will lead to maximum visibility in app stores and search engines
∎ Planning & tracking performance of marketing promos for users for acquisition, retention
∎ Market analysis and product feedback for app penetration, adoption, and development
∎ Using the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

∎ Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
