Job Context:
∎ Working Hour: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM to 7 PM)
∎ Job Location: Panthopoth (Opposite of Somorita Hospital), Dhaka!
∎ This is a full-time job.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for office process Data Entry, Data Analysis, Data Research, admission process.
∎ Required to read, understand and respond to emails that flow into the clients application.
∎ Required to follow work instructions to execute the day-to-day tasks.
∎ Process university and visa application process from initiation to completion phase.
∎ Handling in-office as well as enquiries by phone and online platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook etc. and convert these enquiries into applications and admissions.
∎ Handling phone calls, answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries etc. to ensure conversions.
∎ Having vast knowledge on foreign university course requirements and selection, application procedures, semester intakes, admission and visa requirements.
∎ Updating the comments of the follow up done with students in the CRM/ Excel spreadsheet.
∎ Sharing respective students' complete details with the Head Office in the desired formats.
∎ Checking application status & follow ups with the Head Office for offer letters and follow-up with the students for payment of tuition fee deposits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The UK/USA/Canada/Australia studied Graduate will be preferable.
∎ Skills Required: Academic Counselling, IELTS Instructor, Immigration Consultancy.
∎ Applicants must have Excellent Communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Communicating with international universities
∎ Must have advance Excel knowledge and hands-on.
∎ Responsible for the complete email communications of the client. Answer emails, and client chats as per project need
∎ Identify, diagnose, and resolve problems affecting performance
∎ Live near Panthopoth, Dhaka
∎ Computer skill/ English skill (IELTS 6)

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 18000 (Monthly)
