Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ফ্যাক্টরির সকল প্রকার সম্পদ ও মালামালের রক্ষনাবেক্ষণ সহ তদারকি করা।
∎ প্রতিষ্ঠানের সকল প্রকার মালামাল চুরি রোধকল্পে সবর্দা সজাগ দৃষ্টি রাখা।
∎ ডিউটি শুরু হওয়ার কমপক্ষে ১৫ মিনিট পূর্বে কর্মস্থলে উপস্থিত হওয়া।
∎ কোন প্রকার সমস্যা পরিলক্ষিত হলে তাৎক্ষণিক ঊর্ধ্বতন সুপারভাইজার / কর্মকর্তাকে অবহিত করা।
∎ কর্মস্থলে উপস্থিত হয়ে পূর্ববর্তী গার্ড থেকে সকল প্রকার দায়িত্ব বুঝে নেয়া এবং কর্তব্য শেষে আগত গার্ডকে বুঝিয়ে দেয়া।
∎ নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্ব পালনের সাথে সরঞ্জামাধি সর্বদা সচল অবস্থায় সংরক্ষিত রাখা এবং সঠিক ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা ।
∎ ফ্যাক্টরিতে আগত মালামাল এবং প্রজেক্ট থেকে বের হওয়া মালামালের সঠিক পরিমান যাচাই করা এবং যথাযথ নথিভুক্ত করা।
∎ গেইট পাশ/ চালান ব্যতীত কোন প্রকার মালামাল প্রতিষ্ঠানের ভিতর থেকে বাহিরে বের হতে না দেয়া।
∎ রাত্রীকালীন এলার্ম এবং হুইসেল শব্দের মাধ্যমে নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ কর্মী ভিজিটর ও অন্যান্য প্রার্থীদের ফ্যাক্টরি আসা ও যাওয়া পর্যবেক্ষণ এবং অনুমোতি প্রদান বিষয়ে দায়িত্ব পালন ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা।
∎ সার্বক্ষণিক ফ্যাক্টরির অভ্যন্তরে ও বাহিরের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিতে সিকিউরিটি পেট্রোলিং করা।
∎ প্রবেশাধিকার নিয়ন্ত্রণ, যানবাহন ও জরুরী সকল বিষয়ে গেট তত্ত্বাবধান।
∎ ফোন কল উত্তর করা, মেসেজ উত্তর করা, ফোন কলে প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেওয়া ও তথ্য প্রদান করা।
∎ ফায়ার ও সিকিউরিটি এলার্ম পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।
∎ ইকুইপমেন্ট ও প্রপার্টি ড্যামেজ, চুরি, অপরাধী ব্যক্তি প্রবেশ, অপ্রত্যাশিত ঘটনা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা রিপোর্ট করা।
∎ প্রতিদিন রেকর্ড রাখা যথাঃ ডিউটি রেজিস্টার, যানবাহন আসা ও যাওয়া রেজিস্টার, চাবি রেজিস্টার, ঘটনা রেজিস্টার ইত্যাদি পর্যবেক্ষণসহ তত্ত্বাবধান করা।
∎ ফ্যাক্টরির অভ্যন্তরে স্টাফ ও ভিজিটরদের আসা ও যাওয়া নিবন্ধান করা। ভিজিটরকে পাশ প্রদান করা।
∎ কোনো অস্বাভাবিক ক্ষতি বা দুর্ঘটনার ক্ষেত্রে অবিলম্বে সিকিউরিটি অফিসারকে রিপোর্ট করা।
∎ ফায়ার এলার্ম শোনামাত্র নিশ্চিত নিরাপত্তার দায়িত্বপালন করা।
∎ যথাযথ লকিং সিস্টেম বজায় রাখা এবং প্রাঙ্গনের নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা। ম্যানেজমেন্ট কর্তৃক নির্ধারিত অন্য কোন দায়িত্ব পালন করা।
