Diploma in Midwifery (3 Years) or Junior Midwifery (18 Months), Registered with the Bangladesh Nursing and Midwifery Council (BNMC).
Minimum HSC or equivalent qualification (science background preferred).

Responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the MNCH clinic or health facility.
Support the clinic Doctor, medical assistant during patient care and service delivery.
Prepare consultation rooms, equipment, and supplies before and after patient visits.
Register patients, maintain patient flow, and guide them to appropriate service points.
Measure and record basic vital signs (e.g., weight, temperature, and blood pressure) as instructed.
Support antenatal care (ANC), postnatal care (PNC), immunization, and child health services.
Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic, including waiting areas, consultation rooms, and equipment.
Ensure infection prevention and control (IPC) practices are followed, including hand hygiene and safe waste disposal.
Assist in the proper management and disposal of medical waste according to established guidelines.
Support stock management by organizing medicines and supplies and reporting shortages.
Assist in maintaining registers, logbooks, and basic documentation.
Support outreach clinics and community health sessions when required.
Provide basic information and guidance to patients regarding services and clinic procedures.
Support health education and awareness activities at both facility and community levels.
Ensure respectful, confidential, and patient-friendly service at all times.
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth clinic operations.
