Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to achieve clients' business goals.
∎ Create, implement, and monitor paid ad strategies on Facebook to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
∎ Design, launch, and manage effective Facebook ad campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategy.
∎ Collaborate with the creative team to develop ad copy, visuals, and promotional content for Facebook campaigns.
∎ Analyze ad performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
∎ Conduct competitor analysis to stay uptodate with market trends and apply new strategies to ad campaigns.
∎ Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on campaign performance and deliver reports on a scheduled basis.
∎ Generate monthly progress reports, detailing campaign metrics, ROI, and actionable insights.
∎ Suggest and implement new strategies and creative ideas to optimize ad campaigns and boost performance.
∎ Monitor all client Facebook accounts and ensure that campaigns are performing as expected.
∎ Stay current with Facebook advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
∎ We are looking for a talented and experienced Meta/Facebook Ads Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing Facebook marketing strategies to enhance our clients' online presence, driving engagement and conversions through well-planned and effective ad campaigns. The ideal candidate should be skilled in paid social media marketing, particularly on Facebook, with a strong understanding of creative content planning, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
